ASA 5506-X with FTD can not register to FMC

Hello

i have ASA 5506-X with Firepower threat defense (6.2.3 build 83 ) and Firepower management center version 6.2.3 and i make all re-image configuration as guide https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/firepower-ngfw/200884-installing-and-upgrading-firepower-threa.html . Then i attach port management to my internal network in same sub-net of Firepower management center ,configure manager add x.x.x.x ***** at Firepower threat defense , and there is no firewall between them but i can't ping to it and can not add ASA with Firepower to Firepower management center.

It could be a network issue. First resolve the reachabilty between FMC & FTD

I connected to ASA & Switch and Server

i am on isolated network.

Your console photo show the manager is pending which means there could be a communication error between these to devices.

did you try to ping from the FTD box to FMC address?
