ASA-5508-X and XBox Live

So I was getting a lot of lag and ping lately. Whenever I run a PC test or a Connection test on the XB I get perfect speed and 20 or so ms ping.

When I play on XB live or do the multiplayer test I get like 80-120 ms ping. Could be XBLive, but always?

So my ASA ‘outside’ is x.x.x.182 and dhcp ‘inside’ is 192.168.1.0. I have a ‘10.1” interface which uses x.x.x.177 WAN IP and dhcp “10.1” is 10.0.1.0.

I currently have NO ACL’s for Incoming for the 10.0.1.0 Network which uses x.x.x.177 WAN.

Could this be causing the XBLive Internet play to have lag and whatnot?

If so, I want to make the 3 “normal” incoming ports used by XB to be open for 10.0.1.148 which again uses the x.x.x.177 WAN IP.

My confusion is do I make an ACL for 10.0.1.148 or for 10.0.1.0 Network as it is PAT.

Not sure how but it seems to have resolved itself. Just sort of funny how, then, it would get a perfect ping but the "multiplayer" side was 120ms and getting higher and higher but for past several days its been sitting 48-52ms.
