Can any tell me what is causing this problem, and how to identify if/how it can be resolved.
I know it is related to crypt KAT testing, but is it a HW or SW error and can it be fixed.
When the ASA boots up and gets to the power on self-tests it generates the following test fail.:

Rebooting.....
Sometimes the ASA successfully boots up - But on reload it generates fail again and again and .......
If i insert another CF with the same asa915-k8.bin the ASA also generates Power-On test error but not so often and it is another error
