I am getting ready to upgrade my ASA (active and standby) and reading the document which shows how to use ASDM 7.6.x to upgrade ASA
It mentions about multiple context mode vs single context mode. Is there a command line that i can issue to show which context mode i am using?
This is the document, step 1 and 2.
Step 5, not sure if it's matter if I load the .bin file to disk0 or 1? ASDM doesn't pick up version 9.6.2.7 using "check for update ...", so, i'll have to use option "upgrade from local system ..." option

99.9% of ASA 5515-X installations will be single context. To confirm, simply use the command "show mode".
You should gernally use disk0. That is the internal embedded USB drive. Disk1 is only active when you have inserted an external USB flash drive to the port on the rear of the ASA.
