ASA 5520 -CSC10-K9

Hello everybody,

i've a problem with the Base License Activation Code.

I have an ASA 5520 CSC10-K9.

I registered the bundled License with the PAK and the SN of the CSC

I got the Activation Key for Basic License and the Eval for PLUS.

if i enter the Code in the CLI- Config of the csc ( sess 1 ), i got the following message:

The Activation Code (AC) entered is not valid for this CSC SSM host. Please enter the host-specific AC and try again.

The SN of the csc Modul matches the serial on the License eMail, also the PAK.

Time ist set correct ( ntp-server )

Networkaccess from CSC to the internet is correct.

what can i do ? any hints ?

Please check if the serial number for which the license is generated is the correct one, if you still face issue, contact the licensing team on licensing@cisco.com

the licence was ok, but the csc10 image was wrong. after a reimaging the licence work.
