ASA 5520, how to configure an external proxy

                   We are replacing our local websense filter with  symantec.cloud, a web filter in a cloud.  Adding the symantec.cloud as the proxy server on the pc works, but we are wanting to do it on the ASA.  How can we configure an external proxy server:31xx on the ASA.  All port 80 and 443 should point to the symantec cloud on port 3100.

I have seen this configuration on 8.4 with the ScanSafe setup on the ASA.

On versions before 8.3 I don't think this is a possibility
