ASA 5520 lock out

Hi

Any help would be great... I have recently upgraded an ASA and on reboot the IOS seems to have corrupted. I have reloaded the IOS again via ROMMON but after reboot it has crashed again and now I cannot even access ROMMON.

Would i be correct in saying that you can buy a compact flash card and load the IOS on in this way?

Any other suggestions would be great!

what is shown on the console when you switch your ASA on?
