ASA-5585XSSP20 License Sharing for 10GE I/O

Hi,

I have a pair of  5585X-SSP20's which is working in active/standby multicontext mode.

The code is 8.2(5) and i have the ASA5585-SSP-20 VPN Premium license.

I am planning to utilize the 10G interfaces. Is it possibel to have a single license for 10GE I/O and share it between the two chassis in ver8.2(5)

Hi Samjumathen,

It is not possible on version 8.2.5, but it shoudl be possible on the code ASA 8.3 or above.

Thank for the info. i upgraded to 8.4 and it i can see the clustered features in the show version.

In an active/active scenario, can the 10G interfaces on both the chassis actively forward traffic.
