We would like to keep the AnyConnect Client version 2.5.x on our Windows XP computers, but upgrade the version 3.1.x on the Windows Vista and above computers. The built in fuction for detecting version for auto install works great for the different platforms, but cannot seem to figure out how to keep the Windows XP clients from upgrading.
I know it takes the useragent string from the Browser, but it seems to match only the first part and continue. For example. the string Windows NT 6.1 will be detect by XP and install even though it is Windows NT 5.1.
Does anyone know how to do this? Is it even possible?
