If an ASA is configured with an access-list but no access-group applying the access-list to specific interfaces, does the access-list get applied across all interfaces?
An access-list will not have any affect until it is bound to an interface (with the access-group command) or otherwise applied (e.g. called out in a cryptomap for a site-site VPN, called out in the modular policy framework configuration, etc.)
