Hello,
When I try to boot my ASA5550 it hangs at "booting system please wait".help. Can anyone give me an idea of what to try to process recovery because I cannot get to the rommon.

When did you start to have the issue?
Have you make any changes to the box lately?

No changes have been made. the problem occurred following an electic interruption.and therefore it does not allow me to enter in normal mode or rommon mode.

Hello Nabil,
Looks like the ASA stop working after the outage..
Do you have any contract in order to perform an RMA, the thing is that without being able to access the device there is no such a thing we can do.
EDIT:
it can be a RAM problem, as was the case for me. the electric interruption has burned RAM memory.I removed it and the firewall is running normally with the remaining RAM.
