ASA Event Manager for S2S VPN Always Up

i have ASA with event manager configuration to set the s2s vpn always up does FMT recognize this configuration if yes then how it push to the FTD-FMC Configuration:

if FMT dosnt recognize then how to set s2s vpn as always up state in FTD-FMC
