ASA FirePower Module is not visible in ASDM

Hi Team,

I am not able to see the ASA Firepower option in the ASDM. Not really sure why. Reachability from our server to Firepower over 443 is working. But when we try to connect via ASDM it is not working.

Hi MHM,

9.9(2)85 is the asa version.

v6.2.2 is the Firepower version.

7.9.2 is the asdm version.

ASDM will try to connect to the Firepower service module at the address configured (show module sfr details). Have you verified the module is up and that address is reachable (it uses the ASA management interface as its physical interface).

Hi Marvin,

Yes, Module is UP. Address is reachable for sure. Also when we try https://Firepower IP from our jump server it prompts a message to access it via ASDM. I can see all these logs when i run the capture on ASA as well. Not really sure why this isn't working.

That does seem odd @ssan239 . Can you please let us know the versions of your ASA, ASDM and Firepower?

ASA:  9.9(2)85

ASDM: 7.9(2)

Firepower: 6.2.2-81
