ASA Firewall and tracking static route - can it remove with out backup route configured

Dear Community.

I'm trying to track some static routes via the outside interface and do not want to install a backup route when the static route fails.

If tracking failed can the static route be removed from ASA firewall all together, which is redistributed into RIP.

Hi,

The SLA Monitoring feature does not depends of the backup route you configure. If the route that is been tracked fails it will be removed from the routing table.
