Does anyone know where I could find the instructions for replacing a failed unit in a ASA High Availability pair?

This procedure work with a Firepower chassis running ASA software with several contexts configured on the primary/active device?

I mean, the config replication is for the system environment and all contexts, interfaces and master key?

Yes, replacing a failed unit in a multiple context setup will sync all contexts etc. if you follow the guide for adding a second unit.
