I have a 5520 ASA that is used to terminate site-to-site IPSec tunnels. Occasionally I see a high number of input errors and overruns on the inside and outside interfaces. Both interfaces are 1 Gb/s and our Internet circuit is 100 Mb/s. The SNMP graphs of these interfaces don't show the traffic ever going over 35 Mb/s. The SNMP graphs are just a five minute average though. Is there a method to track down what is causing the overruns? Since it is not continually occurring, it has been difficult to troubleshoot. The ASA is only intermittently having this issue, so when I cleared the counters I don't see any errors. I have tried to catch this when it is going on, but haven't had any luck yet. Here are the interfaces after clearing:

Hello,
I see, just for you to know, I just want to check if it is because of bursty traffic. If that monitor tool tells you when the errors are happening, please take a show traffic and we will analyze the outputs,
