ASA interface packet loss tracking

Hello,

I need to configure the ASA to log messages to syslog server when 20% packet loss occurs on the outside interface.
I think this is possible using IP SLA and EEM with the "event message ID" command.
Any ideas of how to implement and configure this would be greatly appreciated.
