Hi,
We have an ASA which is directly connected to the ISP device and we are not able to access internet. We can ping our gateway from Switch & End User devices. I'm new to ASA.
Also our outside interface traffic is almost zero. Could anybody help me in troubleshooting the real problem?

I'm not sure that there are many people in this group who can help you. This group is about the FindIT Network Management tools which do not target the ASA. Can I suggest you move this question to the Firewalls community group at https://community.cisco.com/t5/firewalls/bd-p/5966-discussions-firewalling.
Cheers,
Dave.

Yes NAT is configured. Issue was with ISP device.
But can help me what steps should I follow to troubleshoot when internet is down?
Thanks
