ASA NAT rules

I have a question about NAT rules on the ASA: they have no action statement and could anyone please tell me do they actually do anything?

This means, there is no NAT required ( or Keep orginal IP to reach destination.)

Yes but why do you even create and keep those rules, they literally do nothing.
