ASA not Allow Jabber for communication

Hi i have ASA 5540 working on my environment when i try to connect Jabber Mobile through it not working 

any suggestion about this issue

Hi Mohamed,

Why do you think it is a firewall issue? Do you see relevant traffic getting dropped by ASA?

Please go through the below guide and see the ports and protocols that should be allowed.
