ASA OS 8.4(6) and ASDM 7.1.3

Hey,

I was going through the release notes on cisco website of ASA 8.4.6 and ASDM 7.1.3 but I just can not find a definitly answer: if ASDM 7.1.3 can run with 8.4.6?

If there is a page to answer me, please just point me there...

I cant see why it wouldnt

It should say the supported ASA software on the ASDM download page.  Have a look at the below picture

I am for example using 8.4(5) softaware and 7.1(2) ASDM on my home ASA

I think u nailed it:)

I was not paying attention to the detail of asdm when downloading and directly headed to release notes...

in release notes and compatibility charter of Asa and asdm, they only show 8.4.6 with asdm 7.1.2.210 and 9.x with asdm 7.1.3. while I donot see any benefit with our 5510 to run Asa 9.x yet. so I lost...
