Can I assume that you already have an in-production VPLS cloud up and running, right?
I am saying that cause one thing is VPLS, which is meant to spread layer 2 ethernet over layer 3 network or MPLS, thus, allowing you simplicity in connection among sites.
Another thing is the communication between two ASA. For this second task, you can achieve what you intend for in different ways. If you want this to be completelly separated, you can use different physical connection and, of course, diferent IP addressing.
