ASA | Public IP Blacklisted

This is regarding our IP address, which is consider blacklisted. There are some url's we cannot access maybe because of our IP's is listed for spam, virus, etc. However, is there a way in your end to whitelist our public ip?

You need to resolve the issue that got you black listed first.  Then usually a while later you will come off the black list.
