ASA software 8.3.1 and feature

Hello,

In new release ASA software 8.3.1 are added new features but I don't find in release notes this feature:

User connected through non-Cisco VPN client  for example using Windows L2TP over IPSec does not possibility to change the password when it's expired on Microsoft AD. This issue is done in Cisco VPN client but user used built-in Windows client VPN.

Maybe someone know if this feature was on the list?
