Hi Leon,
The ASA supports IPv6, but does not support NAT between an IPv4 and IPv6 ip address.
Though, you can configure IPv6 to be tunneled inside an IPv4 packet on your PC, but i dont think that's what you were looking for.

As of 9.0, the ASA does support NAT 6to4. Prior versions did not support this feature. See the 9.0 release notes here:
