May I also request for a guide or a video on how to use the migration tool.

What are the prerequisites or requirements in using the migration tool?

Does it need an FMC in order to use the migration tool?

Or I can use the migration tool even without an FMC?

Is it possible for me to request for an assistance/webex session to TAC in helping me in using the migration tool?

First hit if you google FTD Migration tool:

It has a link to download, a demo video and a step-by-step guide. The guide answers your questions about prerequisites and requirements, including confirmation that an FMC is required.

As a free and unlicensed product it does not include TAC support per se. However if you have problems with the migrated configuration, you can open a TAC case associated with the target device or the FMC.
