We would like to run an ASA on Hyper-V using asav9-18-4-57.
On the Cisco we page, we only see below .vhdx available:

There is no mention of .57 as in 9.18.4.x - what is true the significance of this number?
Furthermore, we have built a brand new ASAv on our Hyper-V platform, using image “asav9-18-4-47.vhdx”
What is the correct .vhdx image to use for the upgrade if we want to match our asav9-18-4-57 estate?

Memory = 8GB
CPU = 4x Cores
