The device is a 5506W and I’ve successfully been able to access the setup website at 192.168.10.2 and I was able to set up the wireless network yesterday but for some reason it wouldn’t let me connect saying the password was wrong. But I did a reset on the device and the wireless ap hardware. So, now I’m having trouble getting it set up even close to what I did yesterday. Idk if there’s some kind of information embargo on these wireless ASAs but it’s just odd. Idk I guess the world or the worldwide web assumes that bc it’s Cisco hardware that everyone messing with one knows every hole in the ground from their own aZz but I don’t and I just need help getting it set up. A lot of the settings I’m seeing I don’t even know what they do but I’m confident that this can be the same as first being totally bewildered by setting up the first asa bc it was like reading another language with a mirror, and now I get it for the most part. Just not the CLI. Can’t seem to use it. Anyways, if anyone has a web link or a video web link they’re aware of that has a good walkthrough for setting up the wireless AP on this 5506 please post.
