OK. I know that I am missing something simple here.
I am trying to get an ASA5505 running IOS 9.1(4) with a base license to work with dual ISP's. My configuration looks good but the SLA command is in a constant state of failure.
The only thing I have noticed is that I am not able to ping ANY outside addresses directly from the ASA5505. All of my inside traffic can ping everything.
I did a capture and I can see the pings to the monitored IP address going out and coming back (echo and echo-reply).
Here is my (redacted) configuration:
ASA Version 9.1(4)

It may well be a typo but just thought I'd check.
Your default route via the Outside interface has spelt the interface name wrong ie. you have it as Outisde.
If it does have the wrong name I suspect you are using the other default route in which case your IP SLA might be failing because the source IP it is using is not the IP of the interface the ping is sent from.

Hi,
You may still need Security Plus license on ASA for Dual ISP support. Do a 'Sh ver' and you should be able to see if the feature is enabled.
