ASA5505 dynamic-access-policy?

I was reviewing the configuration a new ASA5505 running 8.0 and I saw the following statement in the configuaration:

dynamic-access-policy-record DfltAccessPolicy

Not knowing what the command does, I tried to remove it but an error stating I am not permitted to remove it. Is there a child command that must be removed first?

Also, do you know what the function of that command is? I could not locate any additional information from Cisco's website.
