ASA5510 and 10 user SSL licence

Hi Guys, I have a asa5510 and i am looking to get a 10 user SSL licence will a 5505 10 user license work?...please can someone tell me what product code i need for a 10 user SSl licence on my 5510. many thanks James

Hi James,

No, the 5505 10 user license (ASA5505-SW-10) will not work for what you need (that one is used for concurrent user licensing on the 5505 platform).

The part number for the one you're looking for (10 SSL VPN users) is ASA5500-SSL-10.
