ASA5510 VPN in tp mode (not l3)

Hi guys,

I am wondering whether the vpn feature of asa5510 can be used in transparent mode
or not . My expected diagram is included in attachement.
In the diagram, Both firewall need to be established with vpn peering.

VPN can not be used when the ASA is configured in either Transparent mode or multiple context mode.  The ASA must be in routed mode for the VPN to terminate at the ASA.
