ASA5525x ASDM

Hi

I am getting " Unable to launch device manager from x.x.x.x" I was able to access it previously but not sure what has gone wrong

ASA5525x

System image file is "disk0:/asa911-4-smp-k8.bin

asdm image disk0:/asdm-712.bin

show ssl

Accept connections using SSLv2, SSLv3 or TLSv1 and negotiate to SSLv3 or TLSv1

Start connections using SSLv3 and negotiate to SSLv3 or TLSv1

Enabled cipher order: 3des-sha1 aes128-sha1 aes256-sha1 des-sha1 rc4-md5 rc4-sha1

Disabled ciphers: null-sha1

I can https to the ASA inside IP address. ASDM prompts me for username and password, when i enter it I get the message

" Unable to launch device manager from x.x.x.x"

Any idea why this is happening

Are you sure you are accssing from an allowed device to manage the ASA ?

Please provide me with the following output from the ASA:

show run http

http server idle-timeout 30

http 172.29.22.0 255.255.255.0 INSIDE

http redirect OUTSIDE 80

The firewall inside ip is 172.29.22.1 and I can ssh and https to this ip address. The workstation i am running asdm from is on the same subnet
