ASA5545 Firepower Issues

Hi all,

I have an urgent Issue, i have ASA5545x with Firepower, but suddenly after power failure the module sfr and cxsc won't start up.

Why this happened?

I've tried:

sw-module module sfr recover configure image disk0:asasfr-5500x-boot-6.2.0-2.img
sw-module module sfr recover boot

and then:

session sfr console

I've followed these steps:

session sfr console
Opening console session with module sfr.
Connected to module sfr. Escape sequence is 'CTRL-^X'.
asasfr login: admin
Password: Admin123

and after that I don't know where to find the asasfr-sys-6.2.0-362.pkg cause the device came to us from another company and I don't know the purchased ID to download software.

How to get the software or fix this problem?

Can anyone help me?

You need to have a valid contract CCO account to download.
