ASASM support in the Catalyst 6800

Is the ASASM supported in the Catalyst 6800 series chassis?  It's not listed on the datasheet as supported.  If so, does anyone know of any plans to support it in the future?

Haven't used that switch so can't say for sure but I suspect it is as there are a lot of 6500 modules which do work.
