ASAv with Firepower

Hi,

Hopefully this should be a simple question, but I cannot find an answer online.

Does anyone know if you can deploy a virtual ASA a Firepower 'bolt-on'? Or would you have to deploy both ASAv and a virtual Firepower appliance and route traffic through to the Firepower appliance?

ASAv does not support Firepower services. The NGFW Firepower Threat Defense virtual combines ASA with Firepower (Snort) and is available in a virtual form factor.
