Hi,
I received an error when tried to access the ASA 5515-X via ASDM:
'' ASDM is not able to access asdm_handler service on device ...
It is likely that the user password has expired or the maximum number of sessions has been exceeded on the device''
tried to get access to the box via ssh, again I received the same error that says '' Your password has expired, see your system administrator''
there is no password expiry configured on the box and we didn't exceed maximum number of sessions.
After googling, I noticed that this bug was reported for version 8.2 but no fix was released by that time.
it is very strange that it still exist on version 9.5. Does anyone know about this and possible solutions?

Doesn't look like resources are maxed out. Unless you are having password expiry issues, you might want to open a TAC case to confirm the next action plan.
If it is ok, try reloading the firewall and let us know how it fares.
