ASDM Interface utilization monitoring in percentage

Is it possible to see the utilization percentage of an interface over a specific period of time? 

I want to see how much "in percentage" a host is using.
what I want to see for example is : host x connected to outside2 interface, and using 50% of the interface bandwidth between 1pm - 2pm. 
ASDM version 7.13, ASA | Hardware: ASA5506 | Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.8(4)29 | Firepower Extensible Operating System Version 2.2(2.138)

ASA not hold history information, until you CSM ( Security manager hold the Logs)

what about live traffic, can I see the percentage?  I can start a bandwidth test but I want to see the percentage of utilization in ASDM "or anywhere if possible"
