asdm is unable to read the configuration from the asa

Hi all,

When i try to launch asdm to access my asa firewall, i got this error "asdm is unable to read the configuration from the asa since it is currently synching. Please try again by clicking the refresh icon. I tried serveral times but to no avail. Pls advise. Thks in advance.

What is your ASA and ASDM version?

I am using asdm 6.2 and asa 8.21 on cisco asa 5510

Are you able to log in to the ASA via SSH or Telnet?

Would like to check if it happens to crash or if there is any configuration error for the ASDM connection.

Please share the config, and also did you perform any chances prior to the problem happening (upgrade? failover? etc)?
