ASDM not functioning after upgrade

i bought a pix 515 to play with and i upgraded it to the farthest release 8.0(4)

it was at 7.22 and the web interface and ASDM is not working.  do i need to upgrade the ASDM?  when i run the launcher i get a fatal error : handshake_failure. 

i just updated the IOS, did i need to save certian things? activation key's maybe???

Hi Mark,

Delete the old file from the flash, copy new ASDM file and configure it with:

Activate ASDM and enable http server.

FW(Config)# asdm image flash:/asdm.bin.
FW(Config)# http server enable.

Open a connection for your inside network.

FW(Config)# http 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 inside

i just fixed it

i first off wanted to get the 3des key and my SSL encryption was messed up i did those two, upgraded the ASDM and it works now!
