asymetric cluster

Hello,

I'd like to know if it is possible to configure a cluster with asymetric topology.

for example let's say I have nodeA in Datacenter A and nodeB ind Datacenter B.

Both nodes are connected to the same local LANs, but nodeA ge0/0 is connected to ISP_A

with IP_ISP_A/29 and nodeB ge0/0 is connected to ISP_B with IP_ISP_B/29.

Routing should be dynamically diffused between cisco and internal routers, to provide redundancy

between ISP_A and ISP_B.

I can't find any info regarding this kind of asymetric clustering.

could anyone tell me if it is supported, and how to make it work ?

Thanks.

Extend the ISP VLANs across both sites.  Plug both cluster members into both ISPs.  You can then assign both outside interfaces to the same traffic zone.

Outbound access will work relatively ok.  Inbound access will need policy routing instance to make this work nicely.

It's going to be a bit ugly.
