Auto Update Failure IPS 4270

Hi,

I am trying to update an IPS 4270 using the auto update feature and get the following error:

"Error: AutoUpdate exception: [6,110]"

We use a proxy server to access internet and have configured this on the IPS. I am unable to find any info on this error.

Could someone please advise if they have come across the same problem before.

Update:

I have disabled disabled the proxy and resolved the issue.
