I'm using the ASAv instance from the AWS marketplace and I'm having a pretty hard time gaining access to the REST API agent download needed to enable the REST API (at least, that's how I understand it). I'm not a Cisco expert and simply need access for development purposes to integrate this product into another service. The instance I'm using is here - https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B00WH2LGM0 and it claims to have a license installed and working. So, I contacted technical support for Cisco and they said they couldn't help me because I don't have a serial number and basically did the e-mail version of hanging up the phone. So, since this instance is provided by Cisco, why is it that there's no support for this? Do I have any alternative way of getting access to the REST API agent needed to enable REST API access on these instances? This seems like a silly roadblock to have, especially for development purposes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
