I have a ASA 5505 box running ASA 8.4(2)8 that I am trying to upgrade. Before doing so I ran the backup operation. I noticed that when I did so that it was running very slowly (compared to the other ASA boxes I have) and now it's stuck at 99% after running all night.
How can I safely kill this process and try again?
