Backup for translation.

Hi,

I would like to ask if there's any solution for this scenario.

We have 2 different ISP(ISP1 and ISP2). ISP 1 gave us public address so we can translate priv - public.

So If ISP 1 goes down can we still connect to private server from outside using ISP1 public address since ISP2 is a backup internet.???

or if not any possible solution?
