Hi everyone,
I know FDM supports scheduled backups, but from what I can tell they're only stored locally on the FTD. Unlike FMC, I don't see any option to configure remote storage for those scheduled backups.
Is there a supported way to automatically send FDM backups to a remote location (SFTP, SCP, etc.), or are scheduled backups limited to local storage on the FTD?

As far as I know, FDM-managed FTD scheduled backups are limited to local storage on the FTD itself. Unlike FMC, FDM does not provide a built-in option to configure a remote backup repository such as SFTP, SCP, NFS, or SMB for scheduled backups.

Hello,
If your FTD supporting SD-Card, you can use SD-Card otherwise you must implement Network Configuration Manager/Management system. This NCM tool can backup using API or SSH as supported.
Also, you can implement some python script or API schedule calls to back up your FTD.
