Can i block unsecure sites in ASA 5510 firewall.if yes then how to?

Can you please define what you mean by "unsecure" sites?
If you mean websites which contains malware/spyware, then the answer is NO by using the ASA itself. You can either use CSC module, or redirect traffic to Scansafe cloud to get those blocks.
