Hello

I would like some guidance on my new Firepower 2110. This is out of the box.

I would like to run ASA on this device as platform mode and upgrade it using. The Firewall currently has the default software 6.2 installed.

I tried uploading a package via the GUI on 192.168.45.45 but this failed to load up. I cannot seem to find the right guidence for the upgrade path. I checked the setting up Firepower document, but nothing on getting the same version as my other firepower.

Please can someone help with instructions to setup and upgrade the software to 9.14.3

I think this is the package cisco-asa-fp2k.9.14.3.18.SPA

@RG78874 sounds like you've got the FTD image version 6.2 installed, you will need to reimage with the ASA software. Here is the reimage guide, this will guide you through the steps.

Yes, 9.14.3 (cisco-asa-fp2k.9.14.3.18.SPA) - is the current recommended version for that hardware.
