Why does a visit to https://www.cisco-servicefinder.com/WarrantyFinder.aspx result in a certificate error due to CN being "anticounterfeit.cisco.com"?

Certificate appears to be this one https://crt.sh/?id=9034231599 and that sure isn't for a www.cisco-servicefinder.com . And i'll not be just clicking through.

Where to send such a query or issue? And apologies in advance if this is the incorrect location - there doesn't seem to be a clear area for report-problems-with-cisco-web-properties. (And the virtual chat assistant bot is ... not helpful).

Also just realized that link is _far_ more important than thought at first.

I will need to find the info for the warranty on my device - and i need the non-working website for that (i think) Are folks really just clicking through? i mean, this is fresh Chrome browser downloaded _today_, so the CA list is up-to-date for sure.
