Can Add Sensors to IME version 7

When ever we try to add sensor to IME version we get this error;

"Error response from IME server:-IOException: Read timed out. IME IME server is not responding. Please check if it is running."

Check the Services; Cisco IPS Manager Express & MySQL-IME are runing. Tried stopping and starting these services. no help.

Tried bypassing proxy, shut down PCs firewall, configured JAVA to connect directly.

Any Help would be Great Appreciated.

Had the same issue twice now.  I had to re-install the IME

I have removed and installed IME several times and still I get the same error when adding the sensors
